11/09/2011 – Vets – Away to Royal Oak (Hollywater) FC – Won 9-3

Despite 4 first team players missing including our goalkeeper and 3 new players we were far too strong for Royal Oak. We played some great football and our front two of Eddie Kirkham and Kevin Robinson (2nd half hat-trick) caused Royal Oak, no end of problems.

Most memorable moment: Andy Hearnshaw in goal for the 2nd half and yes being lobbed from the half way line! – however I did score in the first half!
