Sponsored Swim

A great turnout by Fleet Spurs players, managers and friends for the recent Sponsored Swim at Hart Leisure Centre The money raised will help greatly towards the fund raising target for the Southwood Development Project that will provide a "home" for Fleet Spurs FC.

All squads and all abilities were represented with each child (and adult) having their own personal goal to achieve, whether it was 10 widths or 75 lengths. Already the money is flooding in as a result with over £2500 raised so far. Well done to everyone who took part, and those that couldn't but still raised money for their team mates. Special thanks too to Nikki Jones and Kierin Gurrie who brought the whole thing together and made sure everything went off without a hitch. With over 100 children present that takes some doing!!!
