An excellent game today, with superb performances from all the boys. Ben Shefras continuing his scoring spree with the first U7’s hat trick, with assists from Bradley Gibbs and Jake Brown. Alton Manor played particularly well in the first half with a half time score of Fleet 3 – 2 Alton. Possession in the second half went much more in Fleets favour, but goals were scarce, a single goal, scored by Jake Goddard in the second half brought the final score to 4 – 2. Jared Bates performed excellently in midfield helping to keep the pressure on from Fleet throughout the second half, and was awarded the Player of the Week award for his endeavours.
